Woodworking & Joinery
Our woodworking teams manufacture furniture components with attention to dimensions, joints, proportions and structural requirements. From solid wood and veneer to engineered panels, components are prepared and assembled according to the approved design.
CNC & Precision Machining
CNC machining allows complex components and repeated parts to be produced with consistent dimensions across a project. This is particularly important when manufacturing multiple furniture pieces that need to fit together or maintain the same visual details.
Metal Fabrication
Metal components can be manufactured and finished according to the furniture design. Depending on the application, production can include cutting, welding, polishing and surface treatment.
Surface Finishing
The finish can define the character of a piece as much as its shape. Our finishing operations are adapted to the required appearance and specifications, from natural wood effects to painted and custom finishes.
Upholstery
For upholstered furniture, materials and construction are coordinated to achieve the required appearance, comfort and durability. We can work with different fabrics, faux leather, leather and other upholstery specifications according to the project.
Assembly & Integration
Individual components become finished furniture through controlled assembly. Dimensions, alignment, hardware and finishing details are checked during assembly to ensure the final product matches the approved specifications.
