Understand the Project
Every project starts with understanding what you need. We review your drawings, reference images, furniture schedules, quantities, dimensions, target budget and project requirements. For larger projects, we can also discuss the intended environment, design direction and delivery requirements.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING
Turning Ideas Into Details
Once the requirements are clear, our team works through the design and technical details required for production. Dimensions, construction methods, materials, hardware and finishing specifications are reviewed to make sure the furniture can be manufactured consistently. For OEM/ODM projects, this is where an initial idea becomes a production-ready design.

Define the Project
With the design and specifications established, we prepare the project quotation based on the required furniture, materials, finishes, quantities and production requirements. The objective is not simply to provide a price, but to establish a clear understanding of what will be produced.

PROTOTYPE
See It Before Production
For custom furniture and projects where verification is important, a prototype or sample can be developed before full production. This allows dimensions, proportions, materials, finishes and construction details to be reviewed in a physical product.

APPROVAL
Finalize the Specification
Before production begins, the approved design and specifications become the reference for manufacturing — including dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, hardware, upholstery, construction and packaging requirements. Once the project is approved, production can be scheduled.

PRODUCTION
Building the Furniture
Approved specifications are transferred into production. Depending on the furniture, this can involve woodworking, CNC machining, metal fabrication, finishing, upholstery and assembly. Each stage is coordinated to maintain consistency across individual pieces and larger furniture collections.

QUALITY CONTROL
Checking the Details
Quality is monitored throughout production rather than only at the end. Components and finished furniture are checked for dimensions, construction, alignment, finishing, hardware and overall appearance against the approved requirements. For projects requiring additional inspection, third-party quality control can also be coordinated according to the customer's requirements.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY
Ready for the Journey
Once the furniture has passed final inspection, it is prepared for shipment. Packaging is selected according to the furniture and shipping requirements to help protect finished pieces during handling and transportation. Delivery arrangements are coordinated according to the project's destination, quantity and logistics requirements.
