Furniture Designed for a High-Traffic Airport Environment.
Guangzhou Airport Terminal 3 represents a large-scale transportation environment where furniture must integrate with contemporary architecture while supporting the practical requirements of a high-traffic public space.
Airport furniture is exposed to continuous daily use and needs to balance appearance, comfort, durability and ease of maintenance. Seating, tables and complementary furniture must also work naturally within circulation areas, waiting spaces and passenger environments.
For this project, Lohabour contributed custom furniture solutions developed around the functional requirements of an airport environment. The approach combines contemporary forms, practical construction and carefully selected materials to create furniture suitable for intensive public use.
