Project Overview
Outdoor Furniture for a Rooftop Hospitality Environment.
Located high above Dubai, ZETA Seventy Seven is a rooftop hospitality destination offering panoramic views across the Arabian Gulf and Palm Jumeirah.
The elevated outdoor environment creates demanding requirements for furniture. Products need to combine contemporary design with materials and finishes suitable for outdoor exposure, regular hospitality use and easy maintenance.
For this project, Lohabour supplied custom outdoor furniture including lounge chairs, outdoor sofas, dining tables and chairs. The furniture combines aluminum structures, outdoor fabrics, synthetic rope and composite surfaces to create a consistent and durable outdoor environment.

01 / Design Direction
Contemporary Outdoor Furniture Above Dubai.
The furniture language throughout the project follows a modern and minimalist direction. Clean lines, restrained colors and coordinated materials allow the furniture to complement the rooftop environment without competing with the surrounding views.
Different functional areas use variations of the same visual language, creating consistency between the poolside, bar and outdoor dining spaces.

02 / Poolside & Lounge
Designed for Poolside Relaxation.
The poolside area uses reclining lounge chairs designed around comfort, adjustability and outdoor performance.
The aluminum lounge chair features multiple backrest positions, allowing guests to adjust their seating position throughout the day. Outdoor cushions and fabrics are selected to provide comfort while remaining practical for a hospitality environment.
03 / Bar & Lounge Furniture
Comfort and Durability Around the Bar.
The central bar area combines upholstered outdoor seating with lightweight and durable aluminum structures. White synthetic rope detailing creates a contemporary appearance while complementing the blue tones of the surrounding sky and water.
Outdoor fabrics and materials are selected with moisture resistance, durability and ease of maintenance in mind, supporting repeated use in a hospitality environment.
04 / Outdoor Dining
Outdoor Dining with Practical Materials.
The outdoor dining areas use furniture designed to combine a natural appearance with practical outdoor performance.
Composite wood-plastic tabletops provide a wood-grain appearance while offering resistance to moisture and mildew. Combined with durable metal structures and outdoor seating, the furniture creates a relaxed dining environment suited to the rooftop setting.
