Project Overview
Custom Furniture for a Coastal Resort Environment.
Located on the coast of Haitang Bay in Sanya, Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay Resort is a large-scale hospitality destination shaped around its tropical coastal setting and ocean-facing environment.
The resort combines guest accommodation with spaces dedicated to dining, leisure and family stays. Its interior environments require furniture that can support different functions while maintaining a consistent and welcoming atmosphere.
For this project, Lohabour contributed custom furniture manufacturing for the hospitality environment, with a focus on guestroom furniture and furniture used within shared resort spaces. The work combines warm materials, clean contemporary forms and practical construction suited to hotel use.

Warm Contemporary Furniture for Resort Living.
The furniture language is built around a warm and contemporary aesthetic, using natural-looking wood tones, simple geometry and restrained detailing.
In a resort environment, furniture needs to contribute to a relaxed atmosphere without becoming visually excessive. Clean proportions and warm finishes allow the furniture to sit naturally within the guestrooms and complement the wider hospitality environment.

Balancing Appearance with Everyday Performance.
Hotel furniture is used repeatedly and needs to remain practical throughout the life of the interior. Beyond the visual appearance, construction, material selection, finishing and ease of maintenance all play an important role.
The furniture solutions for this project were developed around this balance between visual simplicity and practical hospitality requirements. The result is furniture intended to support everyday guest use while maintaining the character of the resort environment.
