Project Overview
Modern Furniture for High-Density Luxury Living.
Located in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, Icon Buckhead is a luxury multifamily residential development comprising 35 stories and 361 apartment homes, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and penthouses.
The furniture and cabinetry concept combines modern American residential styling with a cleaner, more contemporary European influence. Bright finishes, simple forms and practical materials create a fresh interior environment suited to modern apartment living.
For the project, Lohabour supplied a combination of loose furniture and custom cabinetry, including kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, bedroom furniture and upholstered seating. The furniture package was developed around compact proportions, practical finishes and flexible sizing suitable for different apartment layouts.
01 / Design Direction
Modern American Style with a Contemporary Edge.
The furniture concept combines the familiar comfort of modern American interiors with the cleaner lines of contemporary European design.
Rather than relying on heavy traditional forms, the furniture uses slimmer profiles, simple geometry and lighter visual elements. Steel furniture legs, neutral upholstery and bright cabinetry create an interior language that feels modern, practical and well suited to urban apartment living.

- 02 Contemporary minimalist forms
- 03 Light and neutral finishes
- 04 Space-conscious furniture
02 / Kitchen
Clean Kitchen Cabinetry for Everyday Apartment Living.
The kitchen cabinetry follows a simple and contemporary approach designed to maximise functionality without making the apartment feel visually heavy.
Cabinet doors combine wood-textured finishes with glossy white surfaces, creating a bright and versatile palette that works naturally with modern residential interiors. The cabinetry is designed around practical apartment layouts, providing organised storage while maintaining a clean visual appearance.

03 / Bathroom
Bathroom Vanities with a Clean Residential Language.
The bathroom cabinetry follows the same modern design language as the kitchens, creating visual consistency throughout the apartments.
Bathroom vanities use clean cabinet forms and bright finishes to create an organised and contemporary environment. Matching proportions and colours help connect the bathroom furniture with the wider interior while keeping the design practical for everyday residential use.
04 / Loose Furniture
Compact Furniture Designed for Flexible Apartment Living.
Loose furniture was selected and developed around the realities of modern apartment layouts. Sofas, lounge chairs and complementary pieces use compact proportions while maintaining the comfort expected in a luxury residential environment.
The furniture combines contemporary upholstery with slim steel legs, creating a lighter visual appearance than traditional American furniture. Removable and stain-resistant fabric options also support practical everyday use.

- 03 Stain-resistant fabrics
- 04 Slim steel furniture legs
05 / Bedroom
Modern Bedroom Furniture with Flexible Sizing.

Beds and bedside tables are designed with clean silhouettes and practical proportions. Different bed configurations can be adapted to apartment requirements, supporting king, queen and other residential sleeping arrangements.
06 / Space Efficiency
Designed to Make Apartment Space Work Harder.
Multifamily residential projects require furniture that works efficiently across different apartment layouts. Pieces need to provide comfort and functionality without occupying unnecessary floor area.
Lohabour's furniture approach for Icon Buckhead combines compact sofa configurations, practical cabinetry and appropriately scaled residential furniture. The result is a coordinated interior package designed to make efficient use of available space across different unit types.
